This 80-year-old lath and plaster Berkeley 2-unit rental was slowly disintegrating and leaking like a sieve. We gave it plenty of love and repairs! Including complete exterior restoration, and extensive electrical and plumbing upgrades. A demanding project where deep knowledge in multiple construction disciplines are critical.
