We recently completed an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for clients in Pleasant Hill. You probably know that construction restrictions for secondary units (granny flats) have been greatly reduced across California. Here’s what our client Angelica wrote:

“Hi Craig, I just wanted to say hi and make sure that you and your family are doing well.  Also, my mother-in-law is back and has been living in her new “luxury penthouse”.  She absolutely LOVES it!  The mini-split keeps everything nice and toasty, but she especially loves her picture windows in the living area and above the sink.  She also really loves how quiet and peaceful the ADU is.  So again, thank you for the beautiful work you did!  Please stay safe and let me know if there is anything I can ever do for you.”
