• air sealing and insulating are performed to the most stringent building science requirements, providing optimal weather and thermal envelope,
• floor joints are modified and floors are leveled instead of just “guesstimating”, by taking up discrepancies in trim and cabinetry, correcting the floors so there are equal profiles throughout
