This 80-year-old lath and plaster Berkeley 2-unit rental was slowly disintegrating and leaking like a sieve. We gave it plenty of love and repairs! Including complete exterior restoration, and extensive electrical and plumbing upgrades. A demanding project where deep knowledge in multiple construction disciplines are critical. Let the rains begin!

Between rainy season downpours, to accommodate leveler parking and entry, we regraded and replaced the existing driveway with 3000 psi concrete and #3 rebar on 12 inch centers (reduces cracking).
