This is an example of a “Close-Out Package”, which is a compilation of important materials accumulated during a remodel. The Package generally includes a client’s homeowner’s maintenance and appliance manuals, painting schedule, materials sources, guarantees, warranties, receipts, completed permit card and permit drawings.
