Worked as owner’s representative for entitlements and negotiated contracts of capital improvement program for wayfinding, landscaping, parking, site planning, and customer experience enhancements. Leasing interface on landlord work letter. Ensured all projects were delivered for tenants on schedule and on budget – all directly related to rent commencement dates and project pro formas. Coordinated new tenant build-outs with minimal disruption for operating tenants, including Old Navy, H&M, and Sephora. Worked with Stopwaste.org on a sustainable landscaping plan and maintenance operations.
