Our clients, both architects (one pictured), purchased this 5-bedroom Eichler as a rundown bank-owned income property, neglected for decades. The couple hired us to oversee restoration, appreciating our attention to detail. Since completion, they’ve hired us for their live/work space in the Mission and their primary home in the Haight.
