We managed and executed the installation of a signature “Gucci White” store display fixture system inside Saks Fifth Avenue on Union Square. Working under Saks’ terms and conditions, as stipulated by their landlord’s tenant coordinator. What made this assignment a win for the client: our ability to plan for zero impact to retail operations and achieve precise alignment for a couture brand.
