Our client wanted to update her 1930s kitchen with charm, whimsy, and teal. We remodeled the kitchen, laundry room, and water closet. Installing marble countertops, fixtures, farm sink, tile, appliances, finishes, and cabinetry (Aventos top lift mechanisms for custom door cabinets and Accuride commercial-grade drawer slides).
Everything we do isn’t sexy or for curb appeal, but improves functionality. Including reconfiguring the homeowner’s 20th-century hydronic heating system with cast-iron radiators. Installing a high-efficiency combination boiler/water heater. Lowering the floor joists to level the floor. Replacing plumbing and electrical.
