From 1949 to 1966, Joseph Eichler collaborated with renowned architects to build some 11,000 of his trademark tract houses across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Renovations for this Rancho San Miguel home reflect a contemporary, active lifestyle, while staying true to Eichler’s original vision.
We worked everywhere and on everything:
- Remodeling the kitchen, including island and clearstory windows
- Installing cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, finishes, and appliances.
- Replacing interior and exterior doors
- Installing infrastructure for exposed concrete floors
- Remodeling the bathroom, including a cantilevered vanity
- Improving storage, even closet door wheels
- Increasing, upgrading, and replacing utilities
- Installing a comprehensive radiant floor heating system
