Varied experience in one discipline (commercial) can be invaluable for problem solving in another (residential). Such as overseeing heavy timber framing restoration at Pier 39 underneath inhabited commercial space. We’re applying this knowledge to our residential projects as well, like when we relocated structural walls for a two-story home in Pleasant Hill and another two-story home in Lafayette.
