Beckner Contracting & Management performed a massive makeover. Our clients, an attorney and a school principal, asked for space, light, and a pop of color – to entertain family and friends, including four grandchildren. Our processes and weekly meetings gave them the confidence to settle in and enjoy the adventure. Best of all, we became fast friends.
We moved structural walls and utilities, remodeling and updating the living room, dining room, kitchen, hall bath, and family room. Including cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, hardwood flooring, fixtures, finishes, appliances, countertops, windows, doors, and powder room. Plus, that tangerine pop of color!
Their family room was drafty, hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Beckner Contracting reduced the extremes by air ceiling and insulating the exterior wall. We also insulated the ducting system for the entire first floor.
After completing the remodel, this delightful couple threw us a backyard party and invited the neighbors, celebrating with a taco bar and margaritas.
