





































The homeowner’s grandfather was a well-known Taos, New Mexico fine artist. He had inherited his granddad’s paintings and wanted to display them in complementary surroundings. Therefore, the remodel incorporated a subtle Southwest flavor.
Beckner Contracting & Management reconfigured the kitchen, removing walls to produce a spacious kitchen/great room environment – perfect for showcasing artwork and artifacts and hosting the hiking meetup group.
To expand living and lounging space, we repositioned appliances to the exterior wall. Incorporating a versatile, multipurpose island, Supreme Fantasy granite countertops, all new fixtures, finishes, and wine refrigerator, as well as a JennAir cooktop, custom cabinetry, and walk-in pantry.
We remodeled the entryway, living room, and media center, including designing and constructing an adobe-style fireplace. Fabricating niches for Native American pottery and Hopi Kachina dolls. The flooring is a combination of oak hardwood and authentic handmade Saltillo tile.
