Coastal Glam: Kitchen+ Remodel

Built in the 1920s, the layout was antiquated with divided and enclosed mud room-type spaces. Beckner Contracting & Management gutted the kitchen and transformed it into an open, sparkly, and functional oasis.
We started with a Project Development Agreement (PDA), delivering a range of architectural strategies that addressed and solved spatial limitations. Upon approval, our Beckner Contracting team performed extensive structural framing to eliminate walls, obsolete soffits, closets, and wasted space. Including custom cabinetry, tile, fixtures, finishes, appliances, windows, and an exterior door, as well as luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout much of the home.
